Don’t wait to change

Glam-Ma says: You have to make sure they’re not sitting in all that mess for skin to stay healthy. Plus if you buy a cheap diaper, it can leak out and you’ll have a mess on your lap—don’t do it!

Simpler is better

Nonna says: I’m a perfectionist with wipes, and I want them hypoallergenic and paraben free—like Huggies® Natural Care®. You don’t want to risk irritation, because their skin is so young. Believe me, I know.

Call for reinforcements

Grandmama says: It’s a myth about boys peeing more than girls. I’ve been changing diapers for 40 years plus, and what I know is a pisher is a pisher. You just need a good diaper to hold it.

Go on, babble back

Glam-Ma says: I talk to my grandbabies while I change them, even if it’s just gaga-googoo sounds. My daughter’s like, “Mom, please just change the diaper.” Babies love it, though.
